Experimental project. FairStream Pulse is being tested; features and design still change. Join the testing.

Privacy and security

Body signals and video are sensitive data. Here is in short how we handle them. The full text is in the privacy policy.

Explicit consent
Before entering the room the participant sees who runs the session and what is stored, and gives or declines consent. Without consent no sensors are switched on.
Who is the controller
The guide who runs the session. Happy Electronics s.r.o. processes the data on their behalf.
What is stored
Sensor values and video only when the guide enables it for the session. Both are visible only to the guide and the participant of that session.
Where
On our own servers in the Czech Republic (EU). We do not pass values or video to third parties and do not use them for advertising or training models.
Problem reports
When you report a problem, we send a technical log (connection, Bluetooth, errors) without heart rate, SpO₂ or skin conductance values.
Deletion
The guide can delete a session with all its recordings and videos at any time. To delete an account or data, write to privacy@fairstream.live.
Visit statistics
We measure visits with our own Umami instance on our server, without cookies and without storing IP addresses. That is why there is no cookie banner here.
Video on YouTube
The demo video is on YouTube. The page shows only our own preview; the YouTube player (no-cookie mode) loads only after you click play. Google’s policies then apply.
Tester sign-up
We use the e-mail and form data only to invite you to the testing (Google Play or TestFlight) and delete them when the testing ends. Details in the policy, section 10.

The app is at an experimental stage. For guides we have a draft data processing agreement (DPA) and material for a DPIA, currently under review.
